What Franco stores
When you register for alerts, Franco stores your email address, the diseases or conditions you choose to follow, your preferred language, your consent time, and technical timestamps. Search terms may be processed to answer a request, but they are not attached to an alert profile unless you submit them in the registration form. Franco does not collect payment-card information.
Purpose and consent
Franco uses the information you voluntarily submit to maintain your alert list and send disease-specific medicine-label or clinical-treatment update notices. Because a condition list can reveal health information, Franco asks for explicit consent. Registration is optional and the public search remains free.
Service providers and retention
Hosting, security, analytics, translation, medical-data, and email-delivery providers may process only the information needed to operate these functions. Translation providers may receive text submitted for translation. Franco does not sell registration information. Alert details are retained until you update your registration or withdraw consent.
Your choices
You may withdraw consent and delete your alert registration at any time from the unsubscribe page. You may also request access, correction, restriction, or deletion where applicable. Withdrawal does not affect processing already completed before withdrawal.
